Sketch Design One

Rammed earth cross walls are great for storing thermal mass at night and keeping the heat off during the day - louvred timber shutters allow max cross ventilation which is very much needed in the tropics - clerestory openings bring passive light into all spaces - the central space could act as meeting space for the whole school as well a covered playground - the end of the hall frames the views down the hill to the sea.
